Paul Alain Sandars III
PAUL A. SANDARS, III concentrates his practice in construction and complex commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, construction law, taxation and zoning matters. He is currently serving as a member of the Council of the American Bar Association's Section of Litigation, he is a Fellow of the American College of Civil Trial Mediators and is a New Jersey Court Approved Mediator. He is the immediate past Co-Director of Division I of the ABA Section of Litigation. He is an immediate past Co-Chair of The American Bar Association Section of Litigation Construction Law Committee, the past Co-Chair of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee and of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Section on Construction and Public Contract Law. He is the Immediate Past Long Range Planning Officer and a former Council member of the ABA Dispute Resolution Section, and is an active member of the ABA Forum on Construction, as well as the New Jersey Chapter of the Building Contractors of America, and The American Subcontractors Association. He is a frequent lecturer on construction law and litigation as well as alternative dispute resolution. He is listed in America's Best Lawyers under Construction Law and has been named as a New Jersey Super Lawyer® under Construction and Surety Law from 2005 through 2011. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, The District of New Jersey, Southern District of New York, United States Court of Appeals Federal Circuit, US Tax Court and US Claims Court.
