EDWARD R. McMAHON is a former judicial clerk to the Honorable Vincent P. Biunno, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, and is a New Jersey Court Approved Mediator. He concentrates his practice on commercial litigation and banking. He has handled a broad range of complex commercial and general business litigation matters including corporate, partnership and LLC disputes, dissolutions and buyouts, civil RICO litigation, lender liability claims, punitive damages in the context of business litigation and numerous chancery matters including estates and trusts litigation, corporate, partnership and LLC receiverships and commercial mortgage foreclosures. The focus of his banking practice is on the lending side, structuring and closing of commercial loans as well as loan workouts. He also has extensive experience in defending public entities with respect to numerous types of claims and issues, including claims under Title 59.
