KEVIN MURPHY has more than twenty-five years of experience in fiduciary counseling, income and estate tax planning and administration, family held business succession planning, elder law, guardianships, employee benefits, executive compensation and nonprofit organizations. He also works closely with his colleagues on fiduciary litigation matters.
His estate planning practice emphasizes integrated estate, gift, generation-skipping transfer tax and charitable tax planning for high net worth individuals and families, as well as owners of closely held businesses. His vast experience with executive compensation has allowed Kevin to become knowledgeable regarding the income, estate and gift tax consequences of nonqualified executive compensation arrangements and distributions from tax-qualified arrangements.
Kevin values the long-standing and close relationships he has developed with his clients. He knows how to achieve his clients objectives in a cost-efficient and effective manner.
