KEVIN J. O'CONNOR was an Associate Editor of the Seton Hall Law Review and served as law clerk to the Hon. Herman D. Michels, formerly Presiding Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division. His practice is devoted to civil litigation and appellate practice, with a concentration in commercial and business litigation, life, disability and health insurance law, condemnation and land use law. He has been a member of the Defense Research Institute's Life, Health and Disability Law Committee and has authored several articles on ERISA and health insurance law issues. He has also written articles and lectured on general practice matters. He is a Barrister with the Seton Hall Alumni Association Inn of Court and is a member of American, New Jersey State and Essex County Bar Associations. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey and Third Circuit Court of Appeals, and is a New Jersey Court Approved Mediator.
