MICHAEL F. NESTOR is a former judicial clerk to the Honorable James J. Petrella, J.S.C., Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Bergen County.  His practice is divided between personal and commercial litigation in the areas of personal injury, professional negligence, products liability, including prescription drugs and chemicals, toxic torts and insurance coverage matters.  Mr. Nestor also is instrumental in obtaining court approval for his client's purchase of structured settlement annuities.  He continues to be appointed as an Arbitrator in cases involving UM/UIM automobile insurance matters and is a New Jersey Court-Approved Mediator.
Mr. Nestor has prosecuted Municipal Court matters in the Borough of Roseland and the Township of West Caldwell, New Jersey.  He has served as a Barrister in the Seton Hall Law School American Inn of Court and participated as a Mentor in the Mentoring Program of the Essex County Bar Association.  For many years, he has been a member of the Allendale, New Jersey Zoning Board of Adjustment, which experience has proven invaluable when handling land use matters for his clients.  He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
