Attorney Profiles

PAUL J. McADAM, is a former judicial clerk to the Honorable Francis DeStefano, Superior Court of New Jersey. He practices in all areas of civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial and construction litigation. A significant portion of his practice is also focused on municipal court law, an area where he has been published. He is a chapter editor of the New Jersey Labor and Employment Law (second edition, 2005) He is a member of the Construction and Public Contract Law Section and the Labor and Employment section of the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Association of the Federal Bar and the Essex County Bar Association. He was Editor of DICTUM Newsletter of the Young Lawyers Division from 1996-2000. He was a member of the Supreme Court District V-B Fee Arbitration Committee from 1998-2002. He served the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Newark as in-house counsel from 1999 2000. He is currently a member of the Newton Zoning Board of Adjustment and the Newton Construction Appeals Board. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and the District of Columbia.
