- The New Jersey Institute for Continuiing Legal Education will present Wayne J. Positan with the "2008 Distinguished Service Award" in June, 2008 in recognition of his many years of speaking on ICLE programs, including Chairing the Annual ICLE Labor Law Forum since 1994, and being Editor-in-Chief of the NJ ICLE book "New Jersey Labor and Employment Law" which was first published in 1997, with periodic supplements since then.
- The firm is pleased to announce that on April 1, 2008 the Honorable Richard C. Camp, Judge Superior Court, Retired, Chancery Division, Essex County, has joined the firm, Of Counsel. Judge Camp will be concentrating in Arbitrations, Mediations, Complex Case Management, Special Master Services and settlement conferences. He will be handling matrimonial matters, general litigation and chancery matters for the firm.

- Jane S. Kelsey was recently installed as the Treasurer of the Essex County Bar Association, at the ECBA Annual Installation dinner in April 2007.
- Dennis J. Drasco and Lisa A. Firko recently settled a personal injury matter for $1.08 million on behalf of a driver of a motor vehicle who was seriously injured when his vehicle was struck by another car on I- 287 in Mahwah, NJ. The plaintiff suffered a collapsed lung, left hip fracture, a concussion and fractured ribs. In addition, he developed an infection which resulted in the removal of 90% of his intestines. The case settled after mediation before retired Bergen County Superior Court Judge Anthony Sciuto

Wayne J. Positan was honored by the Essex County Bar Association with Chief Justice James Zazzali and Justice Helen Hoens of the Supreme Court of New Jersey as “The Best of Essex” on February 22, 2007 at Nanina’s in the Park.
- Dennis J. Drasco was recently appointed by The New Jersey Supreme Court to serve on a new Supreme Court Committee on Jury Selection in Civil and Criminal trials
- Jane S. Kelsey was recently appointed to the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Women in the Courts.
