- $750,000 settlement for wrongful birth, based on a doctor’s failure to test for Thalassemia during pregnancy.
- $1.5 million trial verdict for a young woman whose chronic sinusitis progressed to a brain abscess as a result of failure to order diagnostic tests, including a CAT scan when antibiotics failed to cure her infection.
- $1.4 million trial verdict for a woman who suffered cardiac arrest due to a postpartum pulmonary embolus misdiagnosed as hyperventilation.
- $2.4 million settlement on behalf of a baby rendered a spastic quadriplegic as a result of an obstetrician’s failure to timely attend and properly manage the mother’s labor.
- $800,000 settlement for a delay in diagnosing Wilson's disease, a liver ailment, in a 20 year old, resulting in cirrhosis of the liver.
- $420,000 settlement for a woman whose superior vena cava was damaged during surgery.
- $295,000 ($300,000 policy limits) for a young woman for failure to diagnose throat cancer that advanced to a lethal stage.
- Multimillion-dollar settlement representing victim of the Seton Hall University fire.
